I am the king of starting a million book and then spending forever reading all of them slowly and then constantly starting new ones. I’m furthest along in the first David Crosby autobiography.

At this exact moment “Dead Flowers” New Riders of the Purple Sage. A lot of The Byrds and The Flying Burrito Brothers.

What have you been eating the most? Do you have a recipe to share?
Ever since my girlfriend moved in I have become more of the sous chef. We have been attempting to eat on the healthier side, so lots of Chicken and Fish dishes. I have a Bolognese that I’ll make for you sometime.

How are you moving your body/exercising?
I’m very proud of the little gym I built in the house, so I try to do my 45 min routine 5/6 days a week. Peloton/Body weight training/and this X3 resistance band. Clearly I’m a meat head jock.

If you’re buying anything, what is it?
A bought a chair that I was really excited about. A shitty record player and tons of records off eBay. Lots of basketball shorts and comfy pants. Canvases.

What’s one new thing you started doing big or small since this all happened? (Like a new skill/a hobby or even habit)
Getting up at 7:30 almost everyday.

Tell me about your evening routine! And your morning one too!
Morning: Get up around 7:30 M/W/F I have 8 am zoom meetings. Make coffee, exercise, FaceTime with friend in Panama and friend in New York. Go to work between 10:30 and 1
Work at the studio until 8, drive home, work out of I haven’t already, eat with Alex, feed the dogs, listen to music.

What’s one way big or small that you’ve been helping others?
Staying away from everyone. Donating some works to charity.

Do you know of any good charities or causes people could donate to?
Today I donated a drawing to The Elm Foundation for their Art In A Box Fundraiser to bring art supplies to families and children in need of a creative outlet.

What keeps you sane?
Alex, my dogs, my friends, my studio, my house, music, exercise, aa, therapy

What one thing can’t you wait to do?
Travel overseas

What’s one thing you’re grateful for?
My health/all the stuff that keeps me sane.
