Smoothies with protein post-workout and lots of leafy greens. No sourdough.
I don’t do the cooking, so no recipes to share. But I did learn to make cold brew! Baby steps.

How are you moving your body/exercising?
Lots of long runs! They take up time, provide fresh air, and clear the mind. Bodyweight training, Barry’s Bootcamp on Instagram Live, Yimmy Yayo’s circuits, Nike Training Club for abs.

If you’re buying anything, what is it?
Beans from Sam James Coffee in Toronto, vintage t-shirts from Full Court Classics, toilet paper from Plant Paper, reading material from Bookshop.org, and deodorant from Aesop.

What’s one new thing you started doing big or small since this all happened? (LIke a new skill/a hobby or even habit)
Shaving my head! Lifechanging. I love it, so simple. I might never go back.

Tell me about your evening routine! And your morning one too!
Get up around 6:30 or 7, have a coffee, send out the Public Announcement newsletter, workout, eat lunch, drink water, record an episode of How Long Gone, eat dinner, go to sleep. All the days are the same!

What’s one way big or small that you’ve been helping others?
I have been donating money to all my favorite local businesses that are unable to operate—also giving meals with Some Special Studios and Green Top Farms.

Doctors Without Borders, New York Common Pantry, The Bowery Mission

What keeps you sane?
Exercise and laughing :) LOL

What one thing can’t you wait to do?
Use an expensive treadmill at the gym for intervals! Lift heavyweights! Get a coffee at Abraco, have a seafood tower at Balthazar, fly to Los Angeles to play tennis in the sun.

Who has been the most interesting/unexpected person you’ve spoken with since this started?
We have spoken to so many fun people on the new podcast. I really loved Karley Sciortino, Cat Marnell, and Rio Viera-Newton. It’s been nice to hear how everyone is doing and also what they are doing to pass the time.

What’s one thing you’re grateful for?
My Mom, who is risking it all every day to take care of underprivileged pregnant women and my sister, who is helping navigate this mess at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital in Atlanta.
